Real Property Management Teyata is looking for Washington’s most qualified Realtors and Real Estate Agents to partner with in providing exceptional service to clients through our Agent Referral Program. Participating agents earn $250 on each property management door referred to us that signs a property management agreement. At the same time, each multi-family client that is referred (over 4 doors) that signs a property management agreement earns $1000.
As an agent, you are often asked to advise, so connecting clients with a trusted company that can provide exactly what they need will earn you much love. And once we start working with them, we never ask you to terminate your client relationship. We handle only their management needs and send them right back to you for any future sales.

Step 2: We connect with your referral customer. A member of our team will reach out to explain the management options available for your client.
Step 3: Collect your referral bonus. Once your client signs a contract with us and the property is leased with a qualified tenant, we’ll send you your check!
