Eric Peoples – Owner
Leaving a career with Amazon, Eric decided to pursue his true passion and dive into real estate. Over the last 5 years, he has launched multiple Real Property Management offices in Bellevue, Bothell, and Bellingham! Before opening this office, Eric was continually asked to bring his business model and working formula within the industry into the Whatcom and Skagit County Market and help redefine the customer experience for all owners, tenants, and businesses that Real Property Management Teyata associates with. The need is great in this area, for quality service! His firm down south, Real Property Management Eclipse, currently has approximately 400 doors under management. He intends to incorporate the same level of expertise in this area with Real Property Management Teyata! Outside of work, Eric is an avid runner and enjoys spending time with family and friends. Eric’s a family man with his eldest attending Iowa University Medical School, and his youngest a Junior at North Creek Highschool who is committed to playing softball at Yale University.
Kellie Strong –Regional Property Manager
After entering Real Estate in 2000 Kellie has worn many hats in this industry over 20 years and in 2 states. As a sales agent, she won many production awards and earned the confidence and respect of her clients and colleagues alike while gaining a ton of experience working with Investors & Bank Owned properties (REO). She has served as a Sales Manager, helped build the curriculum for and train new agents in a Real Estate School, an REO Department Leader, a Commercial Real Estate Agent, and a Property Manager for single, multi, and commercial properties. All this experience makes Kellie well versed in Real Estate Management. Communication is extremely important to Kellie and she pairs that up with her demand for client satisfaction which can only lead to Excellent Customer Service. Kellie is detail-oriented, hands-on, and extremely excited to be balancing her experience and passion for this industry, in her role and partnership here with Real Property Management Teyata! Outside of work, Kellie enjoys gardening, family time, live music, and other adventures such as learning to ride her motorcycle and learning to sail!
